      This company is a complete scam from start to finish. The estimate was given over the phone and my mother ended up paying $1000 more upon arrival of the movers. During the move the leg of an antique piece of furniture was completely snapped off and taped back together in hopes of trying to hide the break. In attempting to be reimbursed for this damage, as well as a couple missing items, the owner was downright rude and verbally abusive over the phone and gave the name of a claims company who doesn’t even work with them to file the claim. The phone is never answered and voicemails are infrequently returned. I have moved many, many times and have never witnessed such unprofessionalism. Avoid this company at all costs, I would give zero stars if possible.

      I decided to drive the car myself rather than use a company. I did not fill out the details form because I wasn't going to use them. I let them know and a man named Geoff replied and was downright rude. He called me "Miserable" and is still messaging me insults. I don't recommend this company at all.

      First let me say this, ******* used a fake number which cause the gentleman of the number she used to receive phone calls and text message from at least 15 different company's that service her area. We spoke with him and he is a nice elderly gentleman that said he was receiving 20 calls and text messages a day for a week and a half. She is the type of person that points the blame at other people. Our *** should not have continued the thread but, if you leave a review. Tell the whole truth not just one side. So, below is the full email thread between her and our ***. Please read from the bottom up as that is the order of the emails between them.

             You need to seek therapy if you requested a quote, make a company pay $ to call you then don't even want to talk to someone about your move, not even give an Inventory to get an accurate quote.  You are wasting people's time and 
      $ when you do that, but ya I am the one that needs help for doing my job!

      Please read this……do not use this company!!!!!!
      They gave us a quote after being hours late I called and called and called some third party mover in a rented truck showed up and said it’s going to cost a lot more. We actually took two couches off that we decided to sell but there still was going to be more costs. Charges to wrap mirrors, charges for anything more than 7 steps! Contract said 12. Tried to speak to customer service and eventually asked them to leave. They are crooks praying in peoples vulnerability!!! This company should be shut down!! Shame on you!!!!

      This review is only 1% true. Yes in our contract, at the time it did state 12 steps and we have since then corrected all of our foreman and crew members on that. It states clear in our contract about extra services added on pick up. This customer just referred to the mirror, but did not mention all of the glass as well. This is the bullet point for (Optional Accessorial Services and Additional fees) Packing of fragile/delicate items (such as TVs, glass, mirrors, etc.); packing and crating services not already listed within proposal; loading of bulky items (such as a motorcycle). She did not add any special packing at the time of booking. All of our foreman's are instructed to take video and pictures of everything and send them to their direct manager specially if extra charges are going to be added so that we can make a better assessment. The packing that was needed we discounted for her, but she still refused to move forward cussing at our crew and dispatch manager. As far as the two couches, it was never stated that she was removing anything. The minute our foreman mentioned packing for the glass and mirrors. The customer started yelling and screaming obscenities to our crew. We do not like traveling hours just to not perform the move because of added items, but the customer can not expect for this to be free. Our crews and dispatch managers work very hard to come up with a solution if items or services are added at pick up or delivery. Lastly, when our customer service department and dispatch manager tried to speak to this client. She hung up every time. So that is a false claim saying she tried to speak to customer service.
