      Totally botched installation of seven windows. Owner is dishonest. Do not use this company for anything.

      We are always happy to address any concern. With that being said, I’m puzzled by this one. We provided and installed exactly what you requested early. Installed exact to the manufacturers specifications and trimmed exactly the way you requested with zero complaints. Not one. Passed inspection with the city the first time with no issues. Then on the night we passed inspection, you made two negative comments on social media in the middle of the night without ever expressing any concern our office. We reached out the next day to address any issues that you may have and then again for six of the following seven days to correct anything that may have been a concern, including during a hurricane and on the weekend. All with no response. On the final day, all we received was a text that “all was handled”. We will continue to be here if you need us. Thank you again for the opportunity.
