      I had a roof put on in August 2022. On June 14, 2024 while having heavy rain, I noticed a water spot growing on my bathroom ceiling. I contacted GSD June 17 and was informed, because of Hurricane *** in 2023 my warranty is now void. Even though I had no damage from ***. Why do they give a 5 year warranty if there really is no warranty. I live in *******. We always have hurricanes!

      Watch out! Deceptive Practices. Report to District Attorney Office. The entice you to initial on an iPad stating it allows them to negotiate with insurance. It is actually a contingency stating you must turn turn over all insurance money to them. 20% of service change if you don’t then sign their service contract. The contract excludes all services except to roof but still wanting all the insurance money. If you refuse to sign they threaten you with the the contingency you didn’t even know you signed and will send you to collections, 20% around 8000.00 dollars! Don’t sign report them. If you were turned over to collections, you can sue for damages!

      Needed my roof replaced. I called GSD and they did a fantastic job. They were nothing but professional and my new roof and gutters look amazing. They were quick and made my home look brand new. Highly recommend GSD for your next roofing project. Thank you GSD!
