    On June 14, 2024, I contacted *******************************, Office Manager, at Direct Business Consulting, requesting all of schedules produced by this company for my 2023 Tax Return. Examples are all schedules that are not sent to the *** with my tax return. For example, Depreciation Schedules on three rental properties owned by L&D ******************** LLC. I paid them $510.00 for this return. Without these pertinent documents my 2023 Tax Return is not complete and does provide me a tax return I paid for, and does not give me a true financial document. I corresponded with ******** on six different dates ranging from June 14, 2024 to August 6, 2024. I called the company on August 6, 2024, to try to talk to ********. A women who identified herself as ***** answered the phone, gave me a reason why I couldn't talk to ********. I explained to her what I wanted, her reply was "that should be simple to get and told me she would tell *** the owner and have it either emailed or send it by mail". On August 21, I again called this company again. I spoke to someone who said she would call me in ten minutes. She never called me back. With regard to ***, who is the owner of this company ,you can not get to him. I have never been able to speak to him, as he is not in the office or has appointments all day and does not take phone calls. I don't know if these statements are truthful or not. I paid for a completed 2023 Tax Return, and I do not have one. I have no way of conducting real estate transactions without a complete tax return without all of the schedules produced..

    I received some information about 7 days ago, However, the information is incomplete or not done at all.  I sent an email informing them of this on September 1 and have not heard anything yet.
