      The washing machine was covered with mold. ***** came to the room with spray bottle of cleaner and a paper towel. I was not having it! It was so moldy the whole room smelled like mold after I opened it. My son is highly allergic to mold. So no matter what, we were leaving this room. She agreed to give a full refund and we left. Fortunately I have it on video and she is still refusing to give a refund after she told us she would. Worst experience ever. She continued to text me saying mold isnt wet and the black stuff inside the front loading washing machine wasnt mold. Insanity doesnt begin to explain the craziness of this situation. In my video she lunges at me telling me to stop filming her. Later she accuses me of threatening her. My son and my husband were both present- nobody ever raised our voices or threatened her. We made the purchase on a credit card, Im sure our card will stand behind us as we have her saying she would give a full refund on video. Yet- she still hadsnt done it. Hints me coming here unit 1302 Here are the pics and the way she treated me It really makes me sad that people have zero concern for others. Maybe others didnt mind a moldy washing machine- but we do and Im not paying $2,500 for a week in a moldy unit. Sorry that she didnt just give us our refund and let us move on.
