    I had a complaint about the order I had placed at the store that caused damage to my car due to the item purchased. The manager was extremely rude. But that's our world nowadays. No good customer service, not at THIS ***************************************** anyway. But it was the OWNER **** DOYSCHERS return phone call to me that I am reporting. When he called me, he was extremely rude and never apologized ONE TIME and admonished me NOT TO COME BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN EVER! He must be used to speaking to other people that way but he isn't going to speak to ME that way! He was outright nasty. I had to have my vehicle detailed after the MESS that they served me and never once did he apologize. It was ALL my fault apparently and he was very nasty. I had him on speaker phone where 2 other people overheard him and we were all shocked. He said there was nothing I could do as HE was the OWNER. I won't put up with this. I want an APOLOGY FROM HIM IN PERSON. After that, he doesn't have to worry about me coming back to his TOO EXPENSIVE Dairy Queen anyway as we have gotten sick there a couple different times from their ice cream. But that's a whole other story. In addition, I want an apology from DAIRY QUEEN Corp themselves! If they are going to allow OWNERS like **** to tarnish their name, they should issue an apology to me as well. NOT by email but in person or via telephone!

    On 7/23/2023 at 8:32:50pm, an order was placed that totaled $94.00 for various food items and various ice cream and slushies. In total, about 7 ice cream items were purchased. We were given the ice creams immediately minus one item and the food. We were asked to pull up and wait for the food items. Once we we were given the food about 15 minutes later, we noticed one of the ice creams were not in the order so I went inside and asked for the missing ice cream order. I waited in the store for 20 minutes and finally got the ice cream leaving all the ice cream melted. I called them to let them know that all the ice cream was melted and it was unacceptable. I asked for the manager and he basically told me I was lying and that customers have never waited that long for food…again calling me a liar indirectly. He said well I can remake the ice cream which I was ok with however, he said only one or two would be remade and the others ones would not be. I told him this was unacceptable and that I would file a complaint and make sure my family and friends knew of this. We would normally come here every week but after this unprofessional experience and horrible customer service, we won’t be going back!!!! I demand a refund for my ice cream items that I literally had to drink bc it was melted and gross! I have my receipt and will send it in if necessary and plan to dispute this with my credit card!
