    It is dangerous to have shady people working so closely with children. A billing error led to the head coach, ***** backtracking and even lying to protect herself. Having coaches with questionable morals working with kids is ************** granddaughter attended a couple months of classes. I usually take her but one week I had chemotherapy and my daughter took her to class. While they were there, she signed up for a showcase and picked out a leotard. ***** asked if she should charge the card on file. My daughter handed over the physical card. I get a notification from my credit card that a purchase was just made. I immediately called my daughter. ***** admitted her error, apologized, and promised to refund my card immediately. ***** then charged my daughter's card. Days go by, and I am not seeing my refund. I called the gym I asked a few questions and was able to determine that ***** charged the wrong card then refunded the wrong card. She asked me to give her a couple days to come up with a solution. When I called back 2 days later, I was told that ***** now states my daughter authorized the charge to my card. I got nervous about a liar working so closely with children. I asked to speak to the owner and was told I would get a call from them the following day. The next day, ***** called me and said she is the owner. At this point, I want nothing more to do with ***** because she is a liar. I ended the call and we began an email exchange so I would have written proof for my credit card dispute. The owner refused to call me and also refused to meet with me during class. The owner offered to meet with me face to face in a very limited window. I was unable to meet their demands. When I said that, ***** responded that she would not be refunding my unauthorized charge. She further said my granddaughter is not welcome to finish the month of classes that I already paid for!! No refunds will be issued and so I am out the $97.85 fraud charge and also about $75 in classes.

    A lawyer has been contacted on our behalf in regards to an original complaint she posted on our ****** page. She continued to harass our business profiles on social media, and created faux accounts to do the same. Her complaint is false and not at all an accurate version of what occurred. We have emails as well showing proof of contact and the owners intent to meet with her. Due to limits file sizing, I was unable to add them here. After speaking with our lawyer, we processed a full refund to her credit card. As shown in the photo provided, the original payment was voided immediately and a refund was processed ***** days later.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not been refunded the entire amount. I was refunded for the fraudulent charge but I was never refunded the tuition that the business refused to honor. As they stated, they contacted an attorney because I reviewed them negativity. The attorney advised them to refund me,  but I am still out the remaining tuition. Their bullying tactics stating that I am somehow in the wrong with my reviews are ridiculous. I am well within my rights to FACTUALLY review the business. I am still requesting a refund for the tuition they refuse to honor. I would have finished out the already paid for classes, but they refused to let my granddaughter back. I am still owed money for classes they refused to provide. As far as them threatening legal action over a ****** review, I would encourage them to do whatever they think is best but be advised that Florida allows for me to counter sue for mental distress. I have cancer and I am closely monitored. The stress of this situation has caused me to have elevated heart rates during the last 6 weeks of treatment. If they want to continue with their bullying tactics, I will be within my rights to sue for my actual proveable medical issue from this undue stress. I am requesting a refund for the unused tuition at this time. According to my calculations, I am owed 3 weeks tuition refunded.

    As demonstrated in the attached documentation, this individual was fully refunded. In fact, she currently owes our business for a leotard she kept and did not pay for. Although she initially offered to return the item, she failed to do so.
    We did not involve legal assistance until we began receiving harassment through our social media platforms. While she is entitled to leave a review on platforms such as ******, using our business accounts to target or message our clients is inappropriate and considered harassment.
    We are sympathetic to her reported health struggles. However, we did not initiate or escalate this situation. Our staff provided courteous and professional service throughout. When she remained dissatisfied, she chose to pursue a campaign of negative attention across ******, ********, and now the Better Business Bureau.
    We do not wish to engage further in this matter and kindly request that all contact and public targeting from this individual cease immediately.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not authorize any purchase of any leotard. I was charged ***** for a leotard and registration for an event. That charge was refunded. That was a charge that I did not initiate or authorize. If RAD wants a leotard returned, they shpuld pursue it with the person they gave the leotard to, not me. My February tuition was not refunded and *** refused to allow my student to attend. I am still due a refund for February tuition.
