    In Dec. '24 we signed a contract with the *** We cancelled on January 3, '25. Since then we have contacted the office, owner, and salesperson NUMEROUS times. Usually no response. On Feb 2nd a payment plan was proposed by *********, office manager. We agreed to that. Never received any payment. On 3/09, spoke with owner, *******. He proposed another payment plan. Agreed to that and was told would call back after speaking with his business office. Never received call back or payment. As I continue to try and make contact with all 3, two of the three phone numbers no longer work. On 3/28, I left another voice mail for salesperson about this issue. I also did an email contact on the company's website. No where on contract does it state non-refundable deposit, so I believe we should be refunded our $3625.00 deposit as no work or services were exchanged with this company.

    RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY LIARS AND THIEFS ************ has caused severe damage to my home and has lied, several no shows by the owner Will, made appointment for Will to come out with a team and get it leveled properly only for a no show no call. Finally when he does call he said he came out to look the day before but that appointment was changed, and he was on a different job. I sent him the correspondence where they agreed to change the appointment per his approval. He took 9 days after the incident to even reach out to me stating he never knew I wanted to speak with him. I now have had to file a claim against his own insurance company, the attorney generals office, ****** department, BBB, code compliance and an attorney. This process will take forever while my home continues to be damage and deteriorate bc we are unable to move forward until the leveling is done properly. I just can't believe a company would treat customers this way and more so at the actual Owner being the one who is giving the run around.They damaged the one area in the home that was not being demoed and damaged the structure to the attached shed. All we have asked is to fix it so it is leveled properly and let's discuss how the shed and bathroom will be fixed.

    My husband and I hired this company to do a re-level and add extra block up underneath a mobile home. This company has failed to complete itscontract for the monies that I have already paid. The company was aware that it had to pass inspection through the county, Since the installation it has failed county inspection. Ive tried to contact the company several times to have them come out, and its always an excuseto why they cannot arrive to complete the job. First excuse was hospitalization for the owner, second was a death in the family, Third was nobody was able to do the job, and as of yesterday on March 18 I have heard nothing back from that missed nocall no show appointment. I paid this company $1900 on December 4 and since that date they have had missed appointments to correct what they failed to do on December 5, December 9, March 3, March6 and March 18. I am thinking a full refund for the amount of money that I have already paid to this company due to a failed inspection. I have documentation of the fail inspection also. This company is shown no intent through the missed appointments and the lack of communication and ignoring emails and phone calls to resolve the situation.

    After hurricane ****** I hired a company to relevel our home. They came out and did nothing they told us they were going to do made me pay them or threatened to have me arrested and now won't call back or come fix my home. They lied and I have been calling to get help and no one will answer my calls. I paid way more than I should and then they told me they only gave a 6 month warranty. Others in this county have longer warranties and paid less. This company has ripped off a lot of people and we need your help to get this resolved.

    After reviewing ******* Scotts account and related documents, I see that we sent a crew to level ******* Scotts home on 11/22/24, unfortunately I do not have access to the photos our crew would have took because the app we were using to upload photos in crashed and we lost all of photos for every customer. I see that we sent an inspector back out to ******* Scotts home on 12/4/24 and we put him on the schedule for an adjustment on 12/18/24 but that appointment was canceled by ******* ***** and never rescheduled. We did not nor have we ever threatened anyone into paying, we follow the proper procedures when facing a customer who does not pay but that was not the case with ******* *****, I see he paid in full. We do offer a 6 month workmanship warranty and ******* ***** is still in that timeframe so we would be more than happy to send a crew out for an adjustment. I will have the office coordinate reach out to him in regards of scheduling that appointment. If there is anything else you need regarding this complaint please let me know.

    It is quite sad that a business has been in business for 30 years and in the last 6 months has the worst complaints I've ever seen. What really kills me is everything I stated was factual and I was threatened to pay or charged with theft of services I paid and then requested Mr ****** or ***** to come out and re check it, he too stated it was awful and the guys should be fired who did it. The ground was never leveled as promised or anything that was promised they left materials all over my yard from your company a whole truck load of bricks. The guy that originally gave me the quote came back out to take pictures and he was the only person to take pictures and the blocks go every different direction than straight. I now have black mold growing in my walls I haven't been able to get the new roof on due to this. I did not call and cancel. Y'all called me an hour before arriving to tell me y'all couldn't make it because you had a truck down. I have called every day left multiple messages and then threatened with harassment if I kept calling. It is really sad I'm trying to teach my kid not to lie yet here you are saying I canceled and no one threatened me. You *** have some bad employees and I'm sorry for that. But I have pictures and proof of everything. I wish you would take the time to review your employees work because other companies do. I have had companies come out and video the work y'all did and use as training videos of what not to do for their businesses and I signed a waiver for them to do that. If you are serious about fixing it then please come look at what your employees did to my home. I'm sorry for the late response but my husband had a stroke my kids have been sick because we now have black mold growing in our walls due to not being able to get the roof on after the leveling that y'all did that was such a a horrible job. I just want my house fixed please. I have a disabled kid who can't be getting sick like this. I am at a loss on whatever you are being told but I actually have proof and would really hate to embarrass your company on here. Again I did not cancel y'all cancelled on me due to a failed truck and crew. Again I have proof to back up all my stuff because I worked for lawyers and in real estate. I keep things backed up to hard drives and anything else I need and always have copies of everything. If you would come out and look at what they did you would have a fit. I redid all the floors in this house except for several spots that now will need to be fixed but that's on me not y'all. But my house is not level. Ive had other companies come try to get a level on it and they can't. My kids and I have been in and out of the hospital due to health issues and now we are having to go to pulmonologist in the next month due to sickness. Just please come out and look and you will see exactly what your crew did wrong. I have had other companies tell me they strived to be as good as you guys are until they started seeing y'all's reviews in the past 6 months and now no one wants to be like your business. I was promised a lot and it didn't happen and that's okay I just need the home fixed as promised and as was written and I was out there the entire time with your crew no one ever took pictures except the guy that came back out who originally gave me the quote and he only took a few pictures of the bricks going every different direction because their the employees phones were on the chargers in the truck the entire time. Also they were late getting here and only worked 2 to 3 hours. 

    Im asking you personally to please come out and look and see for yourself what your employees lied to you about and what I guess you are lying about or believing to be true as per whatever employees are telling you to save face.

    I don't take this lightly and am giving you an extended arm of faith and honesty to come fix this matter.

    Ive personally called multiple times a day and for weeks to speak with the owner because I can't believe they would allow this to continue on for six months. Y'all cancelled on December the 19 I still have call records and all.  Also there are a lot of senior citizens in my area who also had work done after Halen that got screwed as well. Im praying you make that right as rain. At this point after speaking to a lawyer it could become really bad for the owner if we all got together.

    So please do the right thing and make it right We just want our homes fixed is all. Please and thank you and God bless.

    Paid $6425 in Nov2024 as a 50% deposit for ***** *****. Install date was Dec 2024. Never showed up. ****** Jan 2025 was told **** left and stole all the business but the company still wanted to do the work. Waited for the next install date. No one showed up.. ****** again asking for a refund. Will said he will now be doing the job and the items were already there. **** another install date of Feb10 2025. That date came and went.. ****** and again requested a refund. Was told they don't handle finances and I will get a call back. Now it's March ****** again for refund. Was again told that they don't handle finances and I need to talk to the owner Will.. ****** Will directly.. he told me that he does not have the money and if he writes a check it will just bounce.. he then told me he used the ***** ***** (That I paid for!!) to do another customers house. So he took $6425.. absolutely NO intention of doing the work or refunded the money..

    On 1/29/24 my wife and I meet with ****** ******** of Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring LLC for third estimate to level our park model/sunroom (PM). ****** stated company was superior and was doubtful we would ever need further work done. The cost was $3,500.00 and written up to include additional 14 towers (piers) under PM with only a 6-month warranty. Issues included windows, front, side and back doors, sliding doors not opening correctly, cracks in walls, floor squeaks, etc. Feb. 2, work completed - we questioned why 14 towers had not been installed. Since we paid if they were not installed then we want refund - they refused. Returned with blocks to install rest of towers. ****** said he would be on site to inspect but never came. In March, contacted company regarding continued issues of PM not being level. April 10, ****** came to inspect and upset seeing loose piers that didnt even touch the bottom of the *** He scheduled crew for repairs the next day.April 11, *********** came with only shims and a handheld 8 inch torpedo level. A water level should have been used. Husband let them use his 4 foot level. Following the lack of training, equipment and proper measuring we requested additional 6 month warranty as issues not corrected.We do not live in Florida during the hot months so upon return we contacted the company on Dec 3, 2024 regarding PM not being level and continued/ increased cracks in the walls, window, and door issues, etc. Jan. 6, 25 Company sent crew - water level not set up properly making it impossible to provide any measurement to aid in adjusting. All company's work performed has been unsatisfactory.Jan 31 we sent email requesting resolution and extension of warranty. Feb 7 we emailed 5 pictures of leveling issues. Feb 10 company sent email stating nothing further would be done without future charges. ********* filed in hopes that corrective work promised will finally be completed and an additional year warranty.

    The leveling work performed on our Park Model by Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring has been very disappointing and has never been completed to our satisfaction.  ********* **** states that all work is complete which is not the case. We have never even heard of ********* **** before her response. Her date is also incorrect - work started on Feb 1, 2024. We feel that our original complaint outlines all our issues and problems  and shows the level of unprofessional and poor workmanship by this company.   They did not complete the work we agreed to and the do not stand behind their work. 

    Regarding Miss ****** mention of the 2 hurricanes - we were fortunate that the hurricanes did not impact our Park Model. In addition all the issues and problems were incurred prior to the hurricane events so the hurricanes should have no bearing on our complaint.

    We are very disappointed that the company responded in such a negative way that shows they will not correct the problems we had and are having. We hope that possible future customers will be able to read our negative experience with the company and base their using Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring on their poor performance.

    The company does not deserve a A+ rating and hopefully BBB will take into account our complaint and adjust the rating according,

    When the salesperson came out he said I needed leveling, I asked if it would affect my plumbing or my new flooring and he said NO. They only issue I was having was vibration in the middle of the home, around the kitchen. Really I just needed an additional pier, but he said it needed leveling. Well it messed up my floors, and my subfloors, and I would like it corrected. They have scheduled me at least 4 times, and have yet to show up to do the job.

    So I initially had Central Florida Mobile home Leveling and Anchoring come out and give me a quote for a home I planned to purchase in ***********, upon the purchase of home we did make arrangements to have home releveled and the seam of the 2 halves put back together smoothly. Upon getting the contract they stated not insured for damages that may occur, though stated licensed, bonded and insured and no mention of the bonding of the 2 halves together with the lag bolts, I and my fiance spoke with ******** ***** and he apologized and stated that this would be taken care of, the insurance issue was explained and I was satisfied, the workers came out but they didn't do the work as promised by ********. I called the office and they sent out another crew and they said were told to only put in 2 lag bolts. Now, I paid for a job not completed, I sent an email for ******** to call me. I called and left a message for him to call me and no response. I then disputed the charges with my credit card and because the company failed to respond I won the dispute and charges were overturned. However, a few weeks later the company charged my card again and I called and asked why and they said because they could. I disputed charges again, I again called the company on numerous occasions and asked for ******** or the other owner to call me back to discuss the lack of completion of work and still to this day, no response. I sent letters on August 25th and September 10th requesting contact to get this taken care of and still nothing. I have done my due diligence and they ignore me. I paid $3650 and my house is not level and the seam is still not together. Their word means nothing. They got the money but did not complete the job as ******** promised.

    To clarify, ******** is no longer with the company, and as a result, the issues you experienced were unfortunately not brought to the attention of our new management team.     Direct Communication: I want to ensure that you have clear and direct communication moving forward. I will personally reach out to you within the next 24 hours to discuss how we can resolve the issue and set a timeline for the remaining work.

    Once again, I deeply regret the lack of response youve received and appreciate your patience. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and I am committed to making things right.

    I had spoken with ********* at Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring and made arrangements to have the work done as they promised, I have been strung along, the job was scheduled out for February 20th and the crew showed up 5 hours late and could not do any work, the crew leader did come in and checked the leveling and noticed it was off in some areas of the home and observed the gap in the floor, what is really bad is the floors creaking at the seam where the 2 sections should merge together, this was brought to leaders attention. They rescheduled for February 23rd at 10 a.m., no call, and no one showed up.  I texted and called both crew leader and *********.

    They do not even have their records straight.  I did not own the house in March. I never signed a contract in March of 2024. The company never completed the work from the start and both owners (******* ******** and *** *****) failed to return my phone calls and address my emails concerning their incompetency.  At this point and time, they owe me the money back for the incomplete job.  Had they done the job correctly from the start we would not be in this situation.  The hurricanes had nothing to do with the unleveling of the house.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The seams were not merged together as ******** ***** had promised, this should have been done before the leveling.  Because of this failure the leveling is still off and had either he or Mr. ******** responded to my phone call or emails this all could have been avoided. Had they completed the job the first time we would not be in this situation.  And the crew leader who came out on February 20, 2025 agreed that lag bolts were needed to merge the seams and he needed come alongs and jacks to complete the job so this was confirmed by their employee and job was rescheduled for February 23rd and then they suddenly decided it was completed and never showed?  Maybe the owner needs to rethink who is doing what because job is incomplete.  Photos attached.

    On September 8th 2024 a crew came out to level my mobile home and add additional piers to the midline and additional piers to the perimeter.The crew came out and did a beam level on the mobile home and adjusted some of the support blocks that were already in place. However, I paid an additional $900 more to have pure added to the midline and the perimeter Upon inspection no piers have been added to the midline or the perimeter of the mobile home as was stated on the estimate.There's a 6 months warranty on the materials and labor. However I have asked three times for an invoice and details of the warranty and was assured they would send them to me. I have requested this three times. The company keeps telling me that yes they will send me an invoice and the warranty information however they have not.
