  Just recently we had our Coach in for a slide problem, that looked like it was a bad motor or something wrong with the controller. After troubleshooting, **** found it was a set of very low house batteries that were resetting the memory of the slide controller. After 22 years of camping we had never heard of that and had not come up with any searches on the ** folks on the Internet. Put new batteries in and all fixed. These are great folks that will get to the problem on your ** and make it Camping Ready again. Thanks ****.

  I went to them based on they were closest to my RV.s location and a friend took his bus there and was treated badly as well. I was given a quote of 500.00 to replace the Drivers side awning. They called later after they took it all apart an said the repair was going to be 1285.00. I had no optipon other than to ok the repair. When I went to pick up the bus they took a long time to get it for me and it was leaking red hydrawlic fluid. I asked to have the awning repair demonstrated and it did work but now leaking a large puddle of hydrawlic fluid under the bus. I couldnt drive the bus with the room extended out the side so I asked for an estimate of repairs to fix it and could they do it now because it is a three hour round trip back to my home from their place. I agreed to stay in town overnight while thay fixed the hose. I called them in the morning and they said they couldn't fix it that day. I called around and found a couple places that gould give me the hose that day. Oh well. So, we went to pick up the bus, Now the stairs were not working and an auxiliary pressure pump was running all the time. Two things I have never had a problem with. This new bill not counting the stairs or the auxiliary pressure pump was 1132.00. for a 20 foot hose and the labor to put it in. I objected strenuously at the bill. They had my bus and I had to borrow the money to pay that bill. Now I cant get in the bus, the stairs don't work. The manager said, guess what, your bus is old and stuff breaks all the time. What an insult.
  Why they did not just cut a foot off the hose and replace the end fitting is a mystery they could not answer for me. There was way more than enough hose left to do that very thing.
  My bus is not falling apart at the seams and insulting me by saying so nearly cause him to see just how insulted I was. Consider this the facts of the situation, and you decide for yourselves if you agree with me that they are a shady bunch.

  Do not bring your RV here for any electrical work including batteries, solar panels, generators, alternators, or inverters. They claim on their website that they are familiar with Battleborn batteries and Victron devices, but this is not true. They don't know the difference between series and parallel connections, and they couldn't even follow the install directions for the Victron Energy products. Customers before me, and I were billed for things erroneously and had to argue our way out. Not trustworthy, skilled people on electrical components. Of course they will respond to this and they to blame me, but don't fall for that. They are good people and can fix your coach, but don't let them touch your batteries or anything electrical. Also, double check your invoice.
