    My name is ******* my project started on New Year's Eve. I went from tub to just a shower with no doors. You know they tell you it's a one job. It's not my project took a week. ?? Ok in ******************************************************* the middle of the pan and the hand wan was leaking. It took them about 2 weeks to get someone to come and look at it. When this gentleman came, he said the pad was cracked took report, measurements etc. and he put tape around the pipe to stop the leak. A week later the project manager ***** came to look did nothing. He came to the same conclusion as the first gentlemen. The following week he wanted to try drilling holds on the side of the pan and spray foam into the holds to see if that helped the water drain out. The tape didn't stop the leak so ***** tried to fix it as well. So can't use for 24 hours. So, we tested it again guess what it didn't work! ***** wanted to give it one more try so he came and drilled a third hold for foam it would not take any more. Now I have pool of water in the back of the pad that I have to use a squeegee to push the water down the drain. The Project has to start from the beginning. Check this out my first payment is March 1, they say I still have to pay even though my original project was screwed up! At this point I fell I made the worse mistake of my life. I cannot even give Jacuzzi 1 star?? at this point! but I have to

    I absolutely love our new shower. It was an easy process from day one. The Quality of the products and the look once done is outstanding. ****, who installed the shower was professional and clearly communicated with us exactly what was being done. I was extremely pleased that the job was done within 8 1/2 hours. Yes the cost is pricey but well worth it.
