  This company is a scam, just like others have mentioned. I was initially quoted a low price to make their services seem affordable. However, on the day of the move, I found myself locked into a much higher amount because they underestimated the cubic feet of my belongings, despite me informing ***** (the manager) that I had many items to load. The worst part of this experience was that they transferred my contract to New Life Relocation, which added to my troubles. I had been promised that my delivery would only take 3-6 business days, but it ended up taking ******************************** the contract that the timeline was an estimate, I expected my items to be delivered within the originally agreed timeframe. Ultimately, I ended up paying double the original amount and was charged an extra $450 because their truck couldn't initially park at my apartment complex, even though they eventually managed to do so.

  This company is a fraud! "*******" sends harassing text messages if you do not respond to his email quotes and then threatens you if you ask to unsubscribe. But dig deeper... the phone number on the website goes to a different company. Complete fraud, do not even ask for a quote. You'll regret it immediately.

  They are crooks. They stole my money and then took no responsibility when their mover they "brokered" charged me more than double. They refused my calls, refused to help negotiate the deal, and basically ran off with my money. They brokered me with a mover who did not speak English, they spoke Russian, and took no ownership even when they knew I was being ripped off. They should be shut down.

  1 star is one too much for this fraudulent company. It is shocking that this entity is allowed to carry on business as a legitimate company, but their business model is built on cheating and fraud.I got a quote from this company for a cross-country move, 3 months before my move date. I was contacted by a representative ( ********************************) and she spoke very politely. I gave her an exact list of items we were moving and she gave me one of the lowest quotes I had seen. The low quote made me wary but I decided to go with it because the lady was very polite. Little did I know that she was a fraud posing to be helpful until she got my money. I paid a deposit of $500 and she told me her quality specialist will call me 5 days before the move to confirm things I was moving. She invoiced me, collected my deposit and I didnt interact with anyone else in the company.8 days before the move I sent a detailed video of the items I was moving, the exact same as what was on my initial list. I asked her to confirm the charges. She told a quality specialist ********* will call in a day or two to confirm the items and someone from finance ******* will call to confirm final quote. I didnt receive a call or text from any of these people, even though I checked with her every single day for the next week. I tried calling the quality specialist but he declined every single call. On the day of the move, I contacted ***** and told her no one reached out to me. Her complete demeanor changed, she started abusing me. She lied that ********* and ******* had already talked to me multiple times (I didnt even know who they were and have never interacted with them). She started threatening me and claimed any payment will be determined on the spot. She then declined my calls. It was clear she assumed I was trapped last minute and was planning to blackmail me for more money. I found another option last minute but have never been able to recover my deposit of $500 from these frauds.

  I was going to write a long piece on how the ugly business of moving brokers can victimize you. However, suffice it to say that this company will take your money and then when you realize you could be on the hook for many thousands more than you anticipated, you cancel any further business with this company. They will then keep any money you have given them, in my case $1,603 as a deposit. They have a document referred to as an "estimate" will all sorts of "rights and responsibilities" that try to keep you from seeking legal remedy against the company. The estimate contains English language errors which would have been a tipoff had I seen the estimate before I sent them my money. They are, in fact, guilty of several "red flag" violations as stated by the *********************************************************** They have ten complaints filed by customers against them to the FTMCSA in 2023 and seven complaints in the last half of 2023 filed to the BBB. Even though these brokers, the vast majority amassed in *******, will try to cheat you, they are surprisingly licensed by the FTMCSA. My wife and I, in our 70s, generally go into transactions with the idea that the people you are doing business with are honest. We are tyring to get our money back.

  Don't use this company! They will make promises for timelines that aren't met and once they have your deposit they no longer provide any kind of customer service. You'll be handed off to a different company/contact at each stage and will be treated very disrespectfully be everyone involved. They will end up charging more on the front end, and once they have your belongings they will find a way to try and shake you down for more money at the end. They did not honor timelines or the contract to unload my belongings into my new home. I ended up having to get my own u-haul in my destination city and have my belongings transferred at a truck stop as I was unwilling to pay an additional $600-$800 for them to unload. They even asked me to help them transfer my belongings to my u-haul so that they could be done and leave. I had to unload my truck by myself in a city I'd just moved to and knew no one. To add insult to injury, they lost my sofa and broke a considerable amount of my belongings. The entire process with them was unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I've had with a company who is supposed to be offering a service. Save yourself the frustration and trauma.

  Absolutely terrible. I gave them *exact* dimensions of all my items over the phone, and when they arrived they said I was 50% over estimate which meant an extra $1500 out of my pocket which needed to be paid immediately. Once my items arrived, they required the final 30% of payment before unloading the *********** know why. Literally not a SINGLE Piece of furniture was undamaged. Couches with cuts in the fabric, solid wood furniture with deep gouges, scratches, scrapes, and broken pieces. 1/3 of my boxes were crushed to some extent, some very sturdy plastic bins (black ****** ones) were broken.This company is a scam - they know exactly what they're doing, they quote you one thing and put on a good face, and then bid out to the absolute worst movers to do the actual work, who treat your stuff like they're launching items into the landfill. DO NOT USE THEM. I would give -1 stars out of 5 if I could, what a ridiculous mess.

  I pick 0 stars. Not only did they charge me MORE than what was quoted, they will not answer my calls nor emails. TOTAL SCAM!!!!! ****** learned for sure!

  This company is a fraud! Do not use them, they will take your money and then block you from following up. Horrible idea people.
