    Need a color chart. I went to Mapei website and filled out a form to get a color chart on a sheet of paper.I get a response from ******* ******* who tells me to drive to Lowes or ********** and get a color chart.This company offers this service but for some reason ******* is too lazy to mail me one.

    Bought their premium mortar for a bathroom remodel. Contractor read all limitations and requirements for use of this product before applying. Directions were followed exactly. ****** says 48 hours for foot traffic and 72 hours to get wet. We waited well over 72 hours before a single person stepped on it. We then noticed that all of our tiles were shifting badly. Upon further inspection the mortar is just as wet as it was sitting in the bucket. NOTHING dried. Called the company and customer service just accused us of being wrong on how it was applied and assumed I applied it to an improper surface. All assumptions that they made were incorrect. Supervisor spoke to me today and told me that Id have to pay to send the remaining material I have back to them to test and if they deem it as defective then they would give me the postage back and maybe help me further. She told me she was 95% certain that nothing is wrong with their products. If thats the case then why would I spend more money sending them stuff when I wont see a ***** from them. Even asked if as a courtesy if she would pay for the shipping back to them and she refused. I detailed to them exactly how much this mistake is going to cost me and the only acceptable resolution here is for me to be reimbursed by them that money. Exact amount for additional materials and labor plus the previous materials and labor is $3833.66 after tax. Please get me my hard earned money back!!!
