      I purchased a GAP policy in Oct 2021 when I bought a car for my son. The car was unfortunately involved in a total loss accident in April 2022. I have submitted all paperwork to cancel this policy and to receive my pro-rated refund. I have called Fidelity NUMEROUS times (probably 15) and get the run around EVERY time. It should not take 3 months to get a refund. I am beyond frustrated and have been very patient.

      To Whom It May ******************************* to your letter regarding the complaint filed by ****************** with Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. (FWS)regarding the cancellation of her GAP Addendum. The complaint was forwarded to ***************** & *********** **** (JM&A) from our sister company, as this was our product.

      We apologize for any difficulty ***************** has had in canceling her GAP Addendum. Our records indicate that Ms.******** GAP Addendum was canceled on August 4, 2022, with an effective date of April 13, 2022. Pursuant to the provisions of Ms. ******** Addendum, a refund check in the amount of $868.60 was forwarded to ****************** on August 9th,2022.
