      I received a copy of my consumer report through LexisNexis. On this report, there are several pieces of "identifying information" that is being reported by DATASYS GROUP *** that does not belong to me and that I have never been associated with. I previously contacted DATASYS GROUP *** and my request for them to correct their records by removing the erroneous information has been ignored. The following information is being reported on my LexisNexis consumer report and needs to be deleted from there as well as any other entity that it is being reported to: *********************************************************************, ***************** ****************** and *******************

      Dear BBB Representative and Mr. ****************** you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all privacy and data accuracy concerns seriously and strive to address them in a timely and thorough manner. Upon reviewing this complaint, we would like to respond as follows:

      1. No Record of Prior Request: After investigating our records, we have found no evidence of receiving any prior communication from Mr. **** regarding a request to remove or correct information. We pride ourselves on responding promptly to all communications, whether by phone or email, and we regret any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding.

      2. Immediate Action: We have taken the complaint as an official request to review and remove the specified information. Effective immediately, we will ensure that the following information is removed from our systems:

      This data will not appear in any future updates sent to LexisNexis or other entities.
