    The previous owners of my home used Elcon Electric to install a new ********* Electric QO electric panel in Feb '21, which is part of the nationwide recall due to a loose neutral connection.After repeated calls over the past 3 months, it is clear this company has no interest in inspecting the panel they installed less than 2 years ago. Every time I call, the person who answers tells me they will speak to the operations manager but I never hear back.Elcon Electric knows about the recall and ********* Electric has offered to pay for the inspection and fix.

    We are sorry that the customer had a negative experience. We were in contact with him regarding the Square D equipment that was installed. Unfortunately, this was the first time we were involved in a recall the size and magnitude as the one experienced recently with ********* manufacturing and there was a process that we were going through to become approved through their system to be able to rectify correctly the recall. We had not gotten back in touch with the customer because we were still in that process and therefore were not able to make the repair. When we were approved we contacted the customer as we said that we would and we corrected the issue as result of the recall. This was completed last week.
