    Be warned. I contracted Hood Depot for two projects. From the start things went horribly wrong. My project at ******* needed to be redone several times. Ducts werent installed correctly, the stainless steel backsplashes were not cut to their dimensions and the list goes on. ***************************, Project Manager lack the skills and professional acumen to properly manage a project. He has NEVER been to a project. Communication is through text. I have two projects that we have been working on for two years and theyre still open. Despite my plea and countless emails. Management has failed to respond. *********************************, *********************************** and *********************** have also greatly failed these projects.However, there is one thing they are very good at, asking for their checks.******
