    Great experience overall. The team was punctual, the work was top-notch, and the price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again. Worked with ***** for my roof project and look forward to work with **** when my windows come in.

    Complete negligence! I entered into a roof replacement agreement end of June 2024. Part of stipulations in the agreement was to temporarily repair a new leak while waiting for the roof replacement project to commence. I was misled in them stating that the work was repaired (after I kept needing to follow up with them to have the repair scheduled). After I followed up that the stain seemed to be coming more prevalent and wanting them to reconfirm the repairs were appropriately completed, there was a three day major rain event over Labor Day Weekend and the ceiling caved in; exposing existing mold. I provided them pictures and proposals to remediate and they wouldn't respond. I then had to spend the money to remediate and provided them a solution to either reimburse me by check or to provide me with a change order reducing the roof replacement cost by the same amount. The company refused to contact me. After a few weeks of trying and following up with three different parties in the company, I had to hire an Attorney. I provided all of the pictures and historical log of texts, phone calls and emails supporting detail. MY Attorney subsequently agreed there was a case of negligence and submitted to Guardian a demand letter. It has been three weeks and still no response from Guardian. I afforded them numerous opportunities, with facts and information, to do what's right and resolve the matter, but they've instead decided to ignore. Their actions, and lack of reactions, are not indicative of a trustworthy company. It's a shame that I initially spent so much time in researching companies, started off with a great experience, then only to feel pigeon-holed with them holding me handcuffed with my large deposit for the roof replacement.

    They misled me about my roofing project and decided not to do part of the project which was the original reason for the project which was my Porch/ Carport roof .We expanded the project to include the main roof of our house. No one informed us that they were not going to do that roof but they proceeded to rip off the main roof and move forward so they could make money out of greed. Then four people in the company admitted that they made a mistake, one of them being the owner of the company. He told me that they had only allowed around Three thousand and change in materials and labor and now it was going to cost him two to three times more out of pocket to fix it. They also damaged the Porch/Carport when they dropped off the materials as well as damaged the wood ceiling in our laundry room with nails coming through and split wood. ****** begrudgingly fixed that . But what they were proposing to do for the porch/carport roof was not a legal solution they were not going to pull a permit..They told me that they didn't have to as it was not a real roof. But the City of Miami Inspector said that it did require a permit. Now I just received a text from ****** the owner of Guardian saying that he sent me a certified letter. Which I never received and as of Monday, September 30 He is having his attorneys move forward with a foreclosure and litigation .I need assistance as soon as [possible.

    Guardian Impact windows & Roofing whent beyond my expectations , My was completed with close permits within 10 days . The team of Mrs ***** ****** project manager and ****** who was in charge of the labor on the roof were outstanding . The team work from sunrise to sundown with the best disposition and politeness. Defenetly highly recommend it .****** ********
