    I have been paying daily amounts to Approved Funding for several months. I have tried to contact ******************* for a month via text and email to ask for the payoff. There's nowhere to login on the website. I can't apply for an SBA loan unless I provide them my current outstanding balances. *** was great about being in contact during the approval process and refinancing, but now he has ghosted me while I continue to pay them interest and can't go through with SBA.

     I don't see how this has been going on for months as stated. The merchant was funded on 11/4/2022, so it has only been active for 30 days. Our records indicate that ***** was the primary contact, so perhaps when they called in, it was not coded properly in the **** So we apologize for that.


    As for someone not getting back to the merchant, that is unusual and we have no record of that in the crm. Since we act as a broker, neither the company nor the sales representative would have payoff information. That would be between the merchant and the bank or funding company that the funding was thru. Our company does not collect payments or service any business funding.


    In this case, the merchant was funded thru ***************************. In the funding contract, all of the contact information in included in the contract so that the merchant may reach out to them in order to get this kind of information.

    The merchant can call them directly to get any information they need. The best number is ************** and option 3 for Treasury.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am not referring to *****. I am referring to National which was prior to my loan with *****. Approved Funding has helped me with 2 loans.

    ...seems we have 2 different files, one in *****'s name and one in ******** name. So there was some confusion in finding the file(s) in the **** We have one business under ******* LLC and the other as ******************. As stated previously, we don't have this information, as anything with the servicing of the business funding will be between the merchant and the bank and/or funding company. I provided the information on the other company, which the merchant stated was not what was she was looking for. Perhaps a little more clarity on their end of what they were specifically seeking would help expedite the process.

    That information, is all information the merchant has in their funding contracts. I was able to get the contact info via a ****** search as we don't have a copy of the contracts. Here is the info so they can call :

    Again, we apologize we could not be of greater assistance, but the information requested has nothing to do with us. We are always more than willing to help, in this case i think there was just some confusion with the different company names and merchant names. So we are sorry if there was any delay in response, but the merchant should have everything they need know to have their request completed.
