    On August 16, 2022, our non-profit foundation ordered some custom-made product from Spectore Corporation, which is owned by ********************* and ***********************. The products were molded figurines we call memory sticks. Spectore already had our molds, which we previously paid for when we ordered these same figurines before under the previous owner. For this new order, Mr. **** insisted we pay the entire amount of $18,625 up front and wire the money into his personal account at *********** **************** promised the delivery in 6 to 8 weeks, but no later than two months, approximately October 15, 2022. When October came, Mr. **** and **************** made excuses why Spectore could not yet make the delivery - supply problems, hurricane in *******, problems with delivery companies, molding problems, etc. By December 2022, Mr. **** and **************** stopped taking my calls, emails, etc., and completely cut-off all communication. As of February 2023, we have had no contact from Spectore and no delivery. The non-profit foundation needs the memory sticks for its members and will have to use a different company to get them produced.
