    This company provides kits so that you can get your blood drawn and have lab work done on the sample. They provide a ***** overnight shipping label.After I had my blood drawn, and I was waiting for ***** to pick up my sample, the local ***** dispatcher called me and said that there was a problem shipping the package. I called the ***** hotline and tried to upgrade the label so that it would get there in time and the sample would not expire. They would not change anything about the shipment for me, because I was not the shipper.I called Cell Science and talked to at least three employees. I was referred to a manager ******. She didn't believe my report about ****** She told me she "guaranteed" me that the shipment would get there on time which was within 72 hours of the draw time. However, she said that if the sample arrived after 72 hours, they would not be able to use it. She flat out refused to call ***** even once to deal with the shipping problem. I told her I would ask Cell Science to reimburse my draw fee of $115 if the sample did not get there on time since she was refusing to even look into the problem. The sample was expired by the time it was received 4 days later. I left ****** a voicemail asking them not to run the sample since it was expired (and also to reimburse my $115 draw fee). ****** left me a return voicemail saying they were going to run the sample anyway.I called back and spoke with ****** in person and tried to cancel it a second time and she refused again. They finally canceled it after I contacted my credit card, my ordering practitioner, and sent them a notice in writing.However, they still have not responded to my request for reimbursement of my $115 blood draw fee (paid to my doctor) which was wasted due to their negligence.
