    I am writing to share my experience with Capstone Industries, connected. I ordered a full-length mirror in ******. I paid $399 for the mirror with shipping. ***** said that the item was delivered on 1.13. I never received the mirror. I tried to contact the *************** able to reach anyone. I left numerous messages on the customer service line. I filed a search claim with ****** After the search period, I tried to file a claim with ****** I was told the seller needed to file the claim. I contacted Capstone & was never able to reach anyone. I tried emailing on the website, & the number I was contacted from. That didn't work. Every attempt to email them failed. I searched online & found an email for the ** of Sales, *******************************. The *** ****************** reached out to me via phone & explained the issue would be resolved quickly. After not hearing from ***** I emailed ****************** for info & follow-up. He was rude, short, seemed frustrated & irritated. He told me they would submit a claim with *****. I reached out to ***** & was told Capstone never submitted a claim. I contacted ****************** for more info, but he became aggressive, condescending, & stated my request for a resolution was B.S. Appalled I was being treated like this. I asked to speak with ******************. ****************** suggested I take the offer from Mr. ******* to pay an additional $150 & order another mirror. This is not fair, nor am I willing to pay more money when I have already paid for it but never received it. My experience with Capstone Connected was horrible. I was disrespected, talked to condescendingly, & treated as if I didnt matter. As long as they had my money, they didnt care what happened. I will never order from them & wont recommend them. Looking at their reviews online, others have experienced similar issues ********* pattern of disrespect & poor customer care is well documented. Customers have no way of contacting ***** ****** are in no way professional, to say the least.
