    *** delivered my package to ******** when it was supposed to go to ******* and now I have to pay $543 because ******* did not receive it. I used the shipping label provided by *******. I filled a claim through *** and they closed the claim stating that the package was delivered, but they did not acknowledge that it was delivered to the incorrect phone carrier.

    The *** ************* distribution center has, for over the past 2 years, been marking my familys home address as undeliverable. I have called and spoken a MULTITUDE of their representative and there has been NO RESOLUTION. They can not determine the cause or reasoning as to why my home address continues to pop-up as undeliverable once it reaches their facility. A large quantity of my packages get sent back to seller/store unknown to me until months later when I realize a package I paid for has not arrived. My childs car seat a couple years ago is an example of that, as well as so many other important and frivolous purchases Ive made through the years. This is UNACCEPTABLE and an obstruction of personal property and **************** service. We do not handle corrections regarding addresses. I will contact the customer and will provide her with a phone number that can better assist  her.
