    3N1 Services did a great job cleaning my tile and grout. However, an employee who was cleaning the tile in my master bathroom accidentally spilled acid on the plumbing fixtures. I had to hire a plumber to fix the damages in that bathroom. The total cost to fix the plumbing was $1, 125. The repair work took 2-3 hours and involved opening the interior wall and installing a new **** shower valve. ******************, the owner of 3N1 Services, told me he didn't want to contact his insurance company to obtain reimbursement for my plumbing repair expenses. He also said that he felt that he only owed me 50% of the cost of the repair expenses because my home was built in **** and the plumbing fixtures might eventually break. As of Jan. 13, ****, he has not sent me a check or used ***** to deposit any reimbursement in my checking account. I have texted him regarding this reimbursement but have not received a reply.
