      ********************* entered into a three-year agreement in 2022 with Milner to lease and maintain copiers. ****** has paid over $900,000 on this contract. But the company has shown a very poor track record on their performance. An addendum to the contract includes a provision to further clarify the option to cancel the contract if they don't perform. ****** provided a notice to cancel August 15, **************************************** which the company has continued not to perform as contracted but refuses to allow ****** to cancel the contract without paying the full amount of the remaining portion of the contract. In order to avoid litigation, Citrus is requesting BBB assist in obtaining termination of the contract.

      The company continues to bill me for fees that I do not owe. They billed me for excess copies that were never made in the amount of $297.76. I have provided the documentation to them to prove that there were no excess copies made. They sent me another bill for misc. charge $16.59 plus $2.09 with no reference what this is for. I have reached out the Milner over 8 times asking them to review and clear my account and have not heard anything back from them, but I continue to receive a monthly statement for money owed. They have refused me service on their machine because they will not correct my account and yet I continue to pay them monthly for the service I agreed to. They need to step up and do their job.

      Milner, Inc. has leased Ricoh copiers to my church office for more than a decade. This month, they started charging for Personal Property Tax on the copier. In the ****************, non-profit organizations are exempt from Personal Property Tax. I can't get an adequate answer from Milner about what they are doing with taxes they collect but don't have to remit.

      ******************* spoke to Father *******************, the stated issue is with the finance company and not with Milner directly. The finance company Well Fargo  had an expired Tax Excempt certificate on file. The cusrrent up to date certificate has been provided to ***** Fargo.
