    I bought a ******** Switch game as my son's birthday present through Amazon on AUGUST 30TH and I received a confirmation from *** that the package was arriving on September 1st from 4 pm to 7 pm. It never did, I waited 2 more days, and still nothing happened and when I track it, it says on the way...I called them on the 3rd and was on the phone for almost an hour to try to have an account on their website to be able to change the delivery so I can pick it up..and after all that they said that the location the package is in is closed for the whole weekend and I can pick it up by the fifth or it will be delivered...I then chose for it to be delivered but here we are on the fifth and still nothing happened and it is still on the way without any update of a real day of shipment or any further information. I am really disappointed with the experience, they ruined my 8-year old son's birthday surprise...and I really wish they could be responsible for this because some people are expecting important packages that can't handle any delay...plus it is not acceptable to just say on the way for all those days with out given a real-time tracking they have a very bad website...customer service and actual service

    The *** *********, ** distribution center has, for over the past 2 years, been marking my familys home address as undeliverable. I have called and spoken a MULTITUDE of their representative and there has been NO RESOLUTION. A few people I have spoken to over the past 2 years that have countlessly and falsely reassured me they've "fixed the issue" are ******, ****, *************************, and a few others in that process. They can not determine the cause or reasoning as to why my home address continues to pop-up as undeliverable once it reaches their facility. ALL of my packages get sent back to seller/store unknown to me until months later when I realize a package I paid for has not arrived. My childs car seat a couple years ago is an example of that, as well as so many other important and frivolous purchases Ive made through the years. This is UNACCEPTABLE and an obstruction of personal property and **************** service.
