I ordered custom tail lights on 9/15/2023. Product should have been shipped in 12 to 14 weeks according to the one reply I received from several emails. It is now 2/1/2024 and I have not received any lights. Seller is not responding to the several emails I have sent.Initial Complaint

Hello, I purchased from cleared by Nick in the spring of 2022.. I received my item 8 months after the date of purchase. I then had to return due to quality issues. They were then replaced after another 4 month wait with no updates, responses or anything. Then 4 months after having replacement I had the same quality issues and I had to pay to send back the lights..(this is now August of 2023) here we are *** of **** and I have not heard from this dude, got my lights sent back or a refund on this terrible stuff. I have had no answer after reaching out numerous times and no want my money back!!! The bank cant do nothing due to the time frame !!!! I got scammed!Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of tail lights for my Infiniti G35 through Affirm, starting at 725$ and then with interest through Affirm, 918$. I placed my order May 5th, it was processed May 8th. On his website it says to allow ***** weeks for the product to be made. Well its now September, 18 weeks later and Ive not had any updates, no messages from **** saying whether or not its been shipped, nothing. Ive messaged this clown a MULTITUDE of times and never have received a response. I wish I would have done my research about him before I spent money with him. On top of this, this dbag says no returns and if you attempt to get a refund basically he will press charges with your local police department. I just want this entitled brat to give me a refund or make my product once and for all. Im debating on contacting an attorney over this if I dont get any update within the next month or two. I ordered my tail lights June 14th and he told me ***** weeks the time passed by and nothing so I contacted **** and he told me there would be a delay for a couple weeks no big deal so I wait again and then nothing he tells me the same thing at this point Im over it and just want my money back which he refuses, then a month passes by no lights so I message him again he told me that my lights were ready and being shipped out with the next batch of orders this was on November 3rd its now December 9th and I messaged **** 3 days ago he told me that he didnt have any cores and was waiting on some which didnt make sense because he told me they were done and being shipped to me soon so not only does he have me waiting literally 6 months now hes actually lied to me multiple times extremely unprofessional and every time I try to message him it takes him weeks to get back to me. I would just like my money back at this point I no longer want to play these games with him. If you are considering getting clears from him I suggest you find somebody else to do it because clearedbynick is a liar and is no good on his word and does not care about his clients.Initial Complaint

I purchased some clear tail lights from this company on May 28, 2022. On his website you have the option to choose between some new tail for $675.00 or send your own for $350.00. I had originally payed and ordered the new tail lights for $675 but waited from May 28, 2022 until September 29, 2022. I emailed the company and they told me it was because they were still waiting on lights to arrive, so I asked if I could change my order and just send my tail lights instead. They agreed and told me that I would be reimbursed once I get the tail lights back. I have now received the tail lights but have not be reimbursed the money. I ordered the lights back on May 21st, 2022. At the time, it was a 10 - 12 week build time. Meaning the lights should be done around August. The three months pass and I don't have any lights or contact from seller with an update. I proceeded to contact the seller on August 27th and they told me my order would ship out in two weeks. I waited the two weeks and no lights. I then contacted the seller again on September 13th and he gave me the same answer as before; the lights would ship out in two weeks. Frustrated to hear this but I couldn't do anything about it. Once the two weeks passed again, I finally got a tracking number only to have it sit for another 13 days. I waited everyday for the package to move but it never did. I contacted the seller and the reason for non shipment was because he was attending a 3 day car show in another state. Mind you, I had my tracking number 10 days before his car show. Plenty of time to drop it off. Once he got back in town, he was able to drop it off.I received the package October 6th. 4.5 months after I ordered them and 1.5 after they were supposed to be delivered. The box came damaged was only insured for $200 when it was supposed to be insured for the $650 I paid. No handle with care or fragile stickers on box. I have pictures of everything. I opened it up to find two broken lights, one more than the other and lights that looked nothing like he described in the photos. The only protection was one layer of bubble wrap for each light. There were cracks and imperfections all over both lights. I was very unhappy with the product and after having to wait all that time and spending all my money. I contacted the seller and he proceeded to tell me that he could do nothing about it. Didn't offer refund or to replace the lights. I am now reaching out to you because I would like my money back and to return his defective product. Please let me know if there is anything you need. Tracking number **********************
