    I recommend FSP to anyone who is looking for high quality, impact resistant windows and doors. They are sooooo pleasant and easy to work with. Everything turned out perfectly. We could not have hired a better company!

    Florida Storm Protection was the best investment we have made in some time. The main thing about the company was the people, from the owner and sales associate to the installation crew. All were extremely friendly and proficient. The product selection we made was based on the recommended items by their sales associate who always accommodated our needs. The final product is magnificent. The installation was so tight fitting that the noise suppression from outside was astounding. Now, regarding the pricing. I never look for the lowest price just the best value and when checking competition Florida Storm Protection wins hands down.

    This is my second experience with Florida Storm Protection (FSP). The first was in ***************, and now in **********.Their windows and doors are of exceptional quality. *****, the salesman has consistently provided excellent advise and service. *******, the office contact person, also has insured every step of the process was seemless. And *** and *****, the installers, are expert craftsman. It was a pleasure watching them remove and install FSP windows and doors. FSP also consistently cleaned up after every day on the job site. ?? I am thrilled with their product and customer service!!

    I had a great experience with FSP. Sabrina in the office is an absolute star. She coordinated the whole operation beautifully. The crane and crew showed up on time and got the job done in a very professional manner. My cracked plate glass window (7 x 5) was removed carefully by the expert team led by Mario and whisked off my 10th floor balcony in a matter of seconds. It was replaced by a beautiful new window in short order. The team prepped my apartment so no dirt would come in and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was completed. They made sure all the silicone sealant was removed from the window frame and cleaned the window so it sparkled! It was a very hot day but the team worked efficiently and without complaint. A very professional, organized operation!!

    We had a wonderful experience using Florida Storm Protection for our (many) impact windows, 3 sets of slider doors and 1 set of French doors. From the sales experience (Rich is a gem!) to the installation (the guys were as careful as they could be), we felt supported every step of the way. We had to pivot once or twice due to some temperamental wood trim on our house, but ******* organized every fix in a timely manner and made sure we were 100% happy. I highly recommend them!

    This family owned business is exceptional! From the initial meeting thought the final inspection by the Town, they did everything they said they would do, when they said they would. The crew that installed the windows was professional, polite and worked to diminish the disruption to our home. We had 24 floor to ceiling windows and doors, and everything fit correctly and works perfectly. This should be the company you go to for your hurricane impact windows

    It was a pleasure having Florida Storm Protection install my hurricane impact windows. Everyone was enjoyable to work with. ******* always provided great customer service and helped me through the daily process. Everyone on the installation team were very knowledgeable getting the new windows trimmed out. Excellent team work. It was worth it knowing I was helping out a small family owned business. it wasn't till the end of the project that I realized everyone I talked to was related. Gave me confidence that each and everyone really cared about what they did. *********** helped me through the inspection process. Everyone was kind and caring.
