      Okay I have been with this company since 2022 I have bought two different things and I am now purchasing the third thing which is a bedroom suit which is costing me $5,000 in May my husband had to have any replacement surgery emergency because of an infection on his bone we had got a month behind we had got caught up and they are steadily harassing me and keep telling me I'm 51 days late which I know I'm not they've come out to my home repeatedly and gotten hundreds of dollars in cash from me but I have no proof on my emails receipt that it's been being paid they still keep coming out to my home every other day harassing me for more and more money I have text messages as well from an employee on their personal phone telling me a price I can pay to be caught up but then somebody comes to my house the next day telling me a different price and trying to take my stuff away I have been paying for 3 years with this business I'm not out to get anybody I just want to keep my stuff and have proof of what I've paid for also they won't work with me they told me I need $400 or they're going to get my stuff please help me I have proof of what I have paid and I am tired of being harassed and scared to go out my own door because they're going to take my stuff away I have called corporate but come to find out they are a franchise not a corporate company is why one of the employees that has been texting me on their personal line has told me

      I went to rent a center to get a television on Saturday. I was not happy with that particular t.v so I went back on Monday to exchange it. While loading the new television into my vehicle the employees broke it. I paid for 2 weeks and I have no television. They were very rude to me and refused to resolve the problem.

      The IT Department, was asked if the refund could be submitted to the customer via the debit card transaction.  We explained to the customer, that we would have to wait for the IT Dept. to respond. The end result was a refund of $17.11 in cash because the account was closed when the first tv was returned.
