    I went to Qwik Pack and Ship at 8:00 a.m. on 8/8/22 because my daughter left her Scleral Lenses at my house and I needed to overnight them to her in Ohio. Qwik Pack and Ship charged me $121.30 to overnight them. The lenses cost over $2000 and my daughter needed them, so I paid it. He said she would get them no later than Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. it took three and a half days for them to arrive. We looked at the tracking number provided for everywhere the lenses had been and what method Qwik Pack and Ship used. Please see attached screenshots. I tried to get my money back but he says he will only refund $40. The Post Office will give a refund to him because they didn't deliver it on time for Priority 2-Day shipping ( it was not sent overnight like I paid for) but won't give it to me. I feel like he lied about the overnight and overcharged me because I'm 92 years old. My daughter is helping me fill out this complaint form. The email address is hers because I don't have one.

    I sent the package via USPS overnight, the USPS did not deliver the package as promised. I provided the customer with a partial refund, in good faith, because I felt bad, that the post office messed up the customer's service. I have attached the signed receipt by Ms ********, where she agreed that Qwik Pack and Ship is not responsible for packages once they leave my store. Also the label that was printed, clearly states that the service was 1 day delivery.

    I would also like to add, that I have filed a formal complaint against my local USPS for the delay in shipping, and also misinforming my customer (Ms ********) as to how the package was sent. As of 08/12/2022, I have yet to receive any kind of refund from USPS at all. I would like to also point out that in the uploaded pictures that Ms ******* provided, she did not provided the actual shipping label that was on the package, which states it was one day delivery. I would attach the label myself, but USPS will not let me reprint the label, once it has been printed initially.

    The seller's contract says they won't be liable for damages. The item mailed was not damaged. The complaint is regarding the gross overcharging an elderly person and for misrepresentation of the service he was providing. Note that one of the attachments from seller is of a used car sale totally unrelated to this complaint.

    Ms ******** asked for overnight shipping services for a package, I gave Ms. ******** what she asked for. Ms ******** also agreed to my SET shipping rate, when she signed the receipt I uploaded. Also I would like to quote verbatim what the uploaded receipt says" Customer agrees that Qwik Pack & Ship shall not be liable for articles, lost, damaged, DELAYED or misdelivered as a result of the act of omission of a carrier or any other party other than Qwik Pack & Ship, and that Qwik Pack & Ship's sole duty shall be to deliver the article to the carrier in the same condition it was received by Qwik Pack & Ship from the customer. Furthermore, Qwik Pack & Ship shall not be liable for damage to articles by the customer. The agreement signed by Ms. ********* clearly states myself and my company are not liable for any delay in shipping. I would also like to add, that Ms ******* is the one making the complaint against me, not Ms ********, who not only agreed to the set price for shipping and packing the package, but agreed to the terms of business, with Ms ******** signed the receipt/contract. For Ms ******** or Ms ******* to say i tried taking advantage of an elderly person is baseless and offensive.

    I have one final question. Why did you sell overnight shipping to Ohio when the Defuniak Springs Post Office does not offer that service?
