    At the last of august i paid 257.00 for 30 trees - ipaid them thru afterpay! Royal lee ranch needs to refund me or provide the trees - at this point i just want my money! They have blocked me on social media and email

    Mona received her tree's on October 7, 2022 per the screen shot of our conversation. She wasn't blocked, I think fb was having issues that day. We ended up emailing each other and resolved the problem.

    In May 2022 I ordered $445.20 worth of hybrid willow trees with a shipping time of two weeks. After not receiving the trees for two months I contacted the business and requested a reimbursement. Jennifer *****, owner or employee, said she would send my reimbursement. It's September 21st and I have not received my money back. I've been in contact through text messages through this incident and there is always an excuse as to why she has not sent me my money back.

    I have already started the refund process. I did apologize to the customer. My Mom had fallen and broken her hip and we were out of state for over a month. First the hospital then rehab. I did offer to send the tree's but he refused and just wanted a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:  they have only refunded me $100 of the $445 that is owed to me. It took 4 months to get that back. The company has since blocked me on their social media where we were communicating and so now there is no way to communicate when I’m getting the remainder of my refund.  They do not answer their telephone on the number provided on their website and never return calls.
