      To say I am offended would be a understatement. Placed a order with this company paid for next day air on a product the website said was in stock. Then get a phone call from a very rude person saying that the as they did not have it in stock they would have to order it and the next day shipping would have been 100 dollars more. mind you the product was *****. the already paid shipping was ***** and they wanted another ****** on top of that. As a owner of a company I find this business practice appalling and downright wrong. Thanks for taking my money and not providing what was paid for.

      Placed an order for 2 batteries and was asked the pin spacing by email on August 30th, 2024. I replied later at night on 08/30, and on 08/31 was told "ok, thank you". On September 10th, 2024, I receive an email informing me they couldn't do the batteries with that particular pin distance, but gave me 2 other options for how it could be done. I agreed with the first way they had given with 2 single pins on the negative side and they replied with "we will build your order and get them shipped as soon as possible". Considering 8 business days had passed with no update, contact, or information regarding any possible complications on their end, I'm sitting here expecting my batteries to arrive any day. Then I get an email out of nowhere essentially stating my order was yet to be processed. And after stating they WILL build my order (positively reinforcing in a confident manner that it can be completed), I ask for some assistance with the shipping to be expedited or helped along since I needed these for a customer repair. I get a response of "We will have to cancel this order and will send confirmation shortly." I ask why it's being canceled and have yet to receive a response. Why be in business and offer a product to a customer that you can't fulfill? Why confidently give the customer alternate options of how it can be done and then back out? Because I asked for a bit of understanding and compensation for already waiting 2 weeks since I initially placed the order? I'm being ignored and treated as if I did something wrong and I feel my frustrations are completely reasonable and expectations had been set clearly by this company....multiple times, and they backed out every time.

      Ordered a Battery from them on May 28th my Credit Card was charged on the same day that I ordered the Battery! Checking the status of my Order shows AWAITING SHIPMENT they have little to no contact information. You must reply to your email order you received. Then you receive this: Emails: We Receive Thousands of Emails Per Day - Please Be Patient. I even told them if they can deliver my battery please credit back my card and I will go to another retail battery source. Battery2Batteries is not a source I will be using in the near future and certainly don't recommend them.

      Make sure you know this prior to ordering. They accept no returns according to their policy. If they allow it, they will charge a hefty restocking fee. Will never order from them again.
