    I am rejecting this response because the contract states construction according to the drawings. This was not the case.

    The drawings said "pile driven until resistance to the hard pan lake bottom". This was not done.

    And the drawings showed squared off ends of the pilings. Osprey made the ends pointy.

    Osprey said work would be completed according to the drawings and plans. This was not the case.

    To whom it may concern,

    Unfortunately, We had to close down operations at Osprey Marine due to a key employee Injury.

    Although we are disappointed to hear that the dock pilings have settled, and we are no longer in business leaving us unable to to help.

    Please pay close attention to the following information.

    *** and Mrs. ***** attached a copy of the contract with Osprey Marine to this complaint.

    Please see the following statement on page 3 of that contract that *** and Mrs. ***** initialed on 6-28-2023

    Item 3, pg. 3 - additional terms and warranty -

    "Osprey Marine will set pilings to a maximum working depth but piling penetration and stability may
    vary in different locations. Osprey marine makes no guarantee that future stability and piling depth
    will not change."
