    I had damages to the walls and ceilings of my home from *************** contacted highly-rated,licensed, & insured drywall companies in my area to perform the damage. ***** ****** owner of Titan Drywall LLC, advertised extensively as licensed & insured (I've learned they are neither), responded to my inquiry and indicated his business could do ALL the work needed and he was sending his employee, ******** ******** to evaluate and estimate the job. On 11.6.23, I entered into a contract and provided a deposit. Work as to begin on 12.7.23 and complete 1.5.24. This timeline was outlined by ******** who assured me that this was more than enough time.The work did not begin on time. My ****************** were not fully protected. Construction debris and trash were left on site for weeks on end. Several times there was no work performed for weeks. The completion date was missed and no new completion date was provided, even after I pressed several times explaining additional work by other contractors needed to occur and was dependent on the Drywall and painting job being complete. When I provided a breakdown of events, including the dates the job site was abandoned, pictures of damages to my home and substandard work and asked Mr. ***** to address the situation, I was assured that 'it would be made right.' It was not. On 2.21.24, they took their equipment (but left debris and trash) and fully abandoned the job, leaving me with damages, unfinished work, & work that needed to be redone. They had been paid 80% of the contracted work as well as 100% of a small change order needed to remove moldy building materials discovered in the master bathroom during renovation. As a result, cleaners were hired to clean the site so it was safe for occupancy, materials (trim, air vents) removed without consent were replaced, & other contractors were engaged to complete the job. I have text, email, & photo evidence of events and shared this with Mr. ****** demanding $7998.05 before litigating.

    The business owner has responded to me and has accepted full responsibility for my stated damages and does not dispute the amount.

    Please keep this file open until February 14, 2025 as on or before that time the business owner and I will reach a legal settlement or it will be determined that litigation is required. I will submit an update on or before February 14, 2025. Thank you.
