I took my Cadillac to the service department for a battery draw, they had it for two weeks and after replacing the a airbag component, "fixing" the issue I got the car back and drove it to work the next day, when I got to the parking lot the car would not start as the issue was not correctly resolved. When I brought it back the second time the air compressor and the battery were both replaced. When I received the car back, I found the technician broke my trunk liner, damaged my trunk release and messed up my air conditioning controls. Upon seeing these issues I brought the car back. After waiting two days for an update I called and asked to speak to the service manager. Upon answering the call the service manager was very angry and extremely rude that he had to leave a meeting to answer my call. After explaining my situation to him all he could do were make up excuses defending the wrong doing of his technicians and out of spite denied me service on my car. I tried calling back to speak to the general manager and then the regional manager but, all they could give me were excuses on why they couldn't answer the phone. Finally I overheard a supervisor telling the secretary to hang up on me and to no longer answer my calls. In short, I had to call ************** for a representative to reach out to the dealership in order to find a resolution. If you care about your Cadillac do not take it here.

We went to check a pre-owned vehicle that they had advertised on their website. Upon arrival the vehicle was not on the lot. It was on the racks in the service department still going through the routine inspection. We were told to come back 2 hours later once vehicle was inspected, first red flag. Once we test drove and was sitting down at the table, they asked the typical questions, trade, money down, etc. Not once was it stated that they had decided to increase the original internet price ($15,900) of the vehicle while sitting down at the table. I know as a customer you have due diligence to overview the paperwork before signing. Although, the way they conveyed the sale of the vehicle was that we were getting the vehicle at a steal. "*****" stated that he got the vehicle down to around $14,800, not clearly mentioning that was with our $6,000 down payment. They were very adamite to get us out the door that day with the car. It was the end of day when we purchased. The whole thing seemed very rushed and unprofessional. There was never a discussion going over the numbers in detail. Just a quick show of numbers to make us comfortable with the "purchase price". Once we got home and looked over the itemized list of charges we saw that they had actually increased the price of the vehicle to $17,500. My wife and I went there on separate occasions to address the issue along with trim that was falling off the vehicle. We were told by "******," possible sales manager, that "*****" would be spoken to in their next sales meeting and that was the end of the conversation. It was also at this time when "******" stated that increase of price during inspection is totally normal after the fact they price the vehicle online. Then upon getting home with the vehicle they had failed to completely secure the trim to the vehicle. Of course if we would have known the price increase beforehand we would have not purchased the vehicle.

Had paint protection warranty added to my 2023 corvette for 1 thousand dollars. Took it to a local professional and they said it definitely wasn’t put on called dealership and manager said they would look into it but even if it wasn’t done correctly I still have the warranty. I paid for something and it wasn’t done correctly and manager admitted it over the phobe. All I want is my money back.
