    I worked at Ridgecrest Nursing and Rehab for 2 years in the housekeeping department, only to be degraded, harassed and humiliated in every way possible on the job by my hiring manager of Housekeeping and Employer, ****** *******. She'd scream at me in front of residents and visitors, she'd accuse me of things I never did. She called me bad names and made me cry everyday. She immaturely and unprofessionally targeted my personal life calling me a "bad mom" and often telling me I "looked like ****." She called me a "homophobe" only because I am heterosexual. Mrs. ******* is as completely inappropriate and unprofessional as I have ever seen a boss and even admitted to me in these words and I quote, "oh what I did to get this job" with her evil grin and cold silence that followed. She'd often laughed when I cried because of her and told me to "suck it up." She pitted my ********** and I against each other by telling lies and very personal things she knew about each one of us to each other behind our backs creating dissention. She covered up cross contamination and even forced me to work with COVID by swabbing her own negative Covid nose and writing my name to the test and submitting it to the Clinical Educator, then telling me to wear 2 masks and threatening me that if I told anyone we'd both be fired. ****** ***** on people desperate for a job and abuses everyone. Every morning I'd come into work I'd hear her cursing and yelling at someone in her office. She even cursed around residents and visitors very inappropriately. She also once sexually harassed me by saying "I have a nice ass" and slapping me on the ****. No one felt safe or comfortable around her as I was specifically told by other coworkers and even CNAS and nurses, their own grievances toward her. I'm writing this review because I believe in my heart the company could have hope without her employment.
