    *************************** from ******* Aluminum reviewed ******* project on a Friday and said he'd send an estimate the next business day. It has now been more than a week and I have not heard anything from him or his company. I absolutely refuse to do business with anyone who does not keep their word and act in a professional business manner. One of his competitors also came out to look at my project and sent me a very reasonable estimate within hours! He will get my business!

    I hired Phelps to build a pool cage in my backyard. I don't have a pool but wanted a safe space for my kids to play. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! Justin and his team were professional and helpful, and their talent speaks for itself. My job required a permit and they handled everything and kept me informed ever step of the way! Absolutely the best around! CALL THEM NOW !!!!

    AS USUAL, IN *************. Unreliable contractors abound. I was promised an estimate that had to be booked nearly a month in advance. It was finally done, although a day or two later than scheduled, last Friday, 7/14/23. Upon leaving, I was told to expect my written estimate by Mon., 7/16/23. It is now Fri., 7/21/23 and 3 phone calls later-still no estimate. If they're "too busy" to deliver on the estimate, I'm not going to trust them to honor any other commitments, especially where cash is involved.
    Don't move to DeLand. It sucks here.

    We apologized for the delay in getting the customer the estimate. We did get the estimate to the customer exactly seven days after the initial appointment, and all phone calls/voicemails were either answered or promptly called back. The boss was backed up, but he did his best to get the estimate as promptly as possible. We were ready and available to do the work for this customer as promptly as possible, but the chance was not given to us. The customer emailed us and let us know that Justin (the boss) and the office staff were lovely. We wish you the best Cynthia!
