    ****** ***** of Outcome Marine Group replaced the water hose on our boat in 2023. After completing the repairs, we took the boat out and the water hose came off due to a ***** clamp that ****** put back on. When the water hose came off, it caused the engine to overheat. In Jan. 2024, ****** took the boat and attempted to repair it but was unable. The boat was in the ****** from Jan. 2024 to April 2024 while someone was staying on it. When the person left, ****** took the boat back out to do repairs, had the boat from April 2024 to October 2024 when he notified us that the boat was done. We told him we would pay $3000 towards the repairs since the boat was done but the boat wasn't done. The boat, in fact, was not complete in October 2024 and wasn't done until January 2025. When we agreed to pay the $3000 that was for repairs completed in October, but the boat was not completed then which makes the offer null and void. We did pay $3,195 just to be done with him. Throughout this year, ****** consistently made excuses as to why the boat was not done and then there was no communication after he said it was done in October 2024 until December 2024.

    Good afternoon,

    In regards to the complaint, the issue was addressed on February 13, 2025. The amount of $3195 was paid and we took a loss of $13,000+. We are moving past this and are working diligently to recover from this. I don't feel it's necessary to go further into detail on this matter. Thank you
