      Date of Tow: 1/20/2025 Time of Tow: Approximately 11:20 am Location: ****-***** parking lot in ************** Amount Paid: $220 in cash Receipt Issue: Receipt issued only upon request and lists an amount of $35, not reflecting the actual charge Key Complaints:Receipt Discrepancy I was charged $220 in cash, yet the receipt I was provided only lists $35 with no breakdown of the charges. This raises serious concerns about fraudulent pricing and potential tax evasion.Unjustified Fees I was told I was charged an additional $35 because it was ****** *************** Day, yet Florida law does not authorize arbitrary holiday-related fees.Lack of ********************************* only accepts cash, which makes it difficult to dispute improper charges.Signage Issues The signage at the tow-away zone was not easily visible and may not have met Floridas legal requirements for towing notices, potentially making the tow improper.Harassment The owner harassed my friend and me on multiple occasions. He went to my friend's work the same day to tell her to take her review down and tried giving her $35 to "help me out" since the price was high for the towing that took place. On January 24th, he went back to my friend's job and called me from her phone to try to convince me to take my review down and then tried bribing me again with $35. Sometime this same week, he replied to my review and lied about certain things to make me look like I was overreacting/gaslighting me.

      I paid ************************* (Owner of Towtech 2 LLC) $2,000 in cash because when he was towing my truck he asked me if he can repair it. He gave me a different story every week for the last four months, because he took the money without doing anything to my car. Although he claims he bought a transmission, when asked for a receipt, he could not provide one. He blames everything on him being sick, his son passing, him not being able to work, his truck being in a shop, the guy thats actually fixing the transmission lying. This is the worse sort of scam especially to innocent people, in those four months he damage my car which included: blowing a tire out and scratching along my rear bumper. This business is fraudulent and he is a thief.

      Please be advised that this young lady has turned everything around and her statements are not true...she is going to be sued for slandering my personal name and company there's not enough words to explain what we did for her storing her car for 4 months.towing her car car 4 times no charging her we have the original used transmission but she decided to try and scam me for more money she paid payments for *********************************************************** to refund absolutely NOT...***** ON HER no good deed goes unpunished
