      Isaiah ***** was extremely professional in dealing with an unusual delivery. I needed a 41' fifth wheel transported from New Mexico to northern Washington. Additionally, the tires on the fifth wheel were in need of replacement. The contracted drivers were on time, and when the initial tire appointment ended with the company unable to change the tires, they moved to another location on the spare and still got them changed out the same day.
      The vehicle arrived ahead of schedule even with a seven-hour delay for the tire install. Isaiah was available, and responsive with clear communication every step of the way. Highly recommend.

      Julia was Very helpful, very courteous, got someone out immediately within the same time I needed them. Answered all my questions. The guys that came out were very patient.

      Nothing but good things to say about One Call Logistics. Sent an email requesting a quote and got a very timely response that a representative would be in touch shortly. Actually thought I would be the one having to follow up but no Jason was in contact in an hour or so. After 37 years of Tier I automotive supply to the OEMs I expected a standard experience with a logistics company. I was wrong and nothing like what I experienced in the past. Jason walked me through my options and sincerely came across as trying to help me get my travel trailer moved vs. sounding like he was doing me a favor by taking the job. One Call was not the first company I called but was the last thanks to the way everyone handled the original request. People need to understand that One Call subs out the actual moves. My move from GA to MI was subbed to a company out of Chicago. Did One Call leave it at that…..heck no! Move took place right after Memorial Day and all were in contact with me during the holiday to coordinate everything for the Tuesday am move. Was get regular updates well after normal business hours from Jason at One Call and the dispatcher for the actual carrier. Camper is in the Upper Peninsula without any issues. After decades of dealing with **** ** **** logistics to all the automotive OEMs I can honestly say One Call is well above the rest. Book your relocation with them without any concern. A final thanks to all involved.

      Julia from One Call Logistics was wonderful throughout the entire process. She kept in touch even when our original dates changed several times. She made the process so simple for us. The driver Alex was also great. He kept in touch with timeframes and delivered our travel trailer with no damage and in a timely manner. Anyone looking for transport services should definitely contact One Call Logistics.

      They did a great job for me. Things where not set up for them correctly, but they found a way to make it work anyway. Josh and Nora did a great job. I would definitely work with them again!

      This is the 3rd time I've worked with OCL, and every time they go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of! This is also my second time working with Julia--I specifically requested her this time around due to her incredible work ethic, thoughtfulness, diligence, and eagerness to find solutions to my plethora of needs. So grateful to work with her, and with this company; I would recommend them to anyone!

      Isaiah at one Call logistics. Did a phenomenal job. I had to have product moved immediately. Not only did he get me a driver. But they got the product delivered from Michigan, to Florida in one day. He went above and beyond what I expected. The company to call when you need something moved quickly, is one called logistics. Talk to Isaiah it’s like the prophet in the Bible. He is incredible.

      Julia was terrific. She walked us through the process of transporting my late father inlaws boat. A very sentimental item. The trailer setup was perfect and the guys that load and transported it showed great care. We got updates along the way. I can't say enough about their customer service.

      Julia and Rickey were phenomenal to work with! This was my first experience with professional transportation, however, both Julia and Rickey made this scary process exceptionally easy! Julia has remained in contact with me from the initial email to inquiring about services to transport my 44' long gooseneck tiny home that is 8'6" wide, road legal. She was readily available any time I had questions or updates to completion time. Even on the morning of pick up, the truck arrived and it had the wrong truck bed length. But within 3 hours, Julia had another transport driver with a longer truck bed who was able to not only pick up my tiny, but then arrived at the destination almost 8 hours earlier than anticipated! Rickey ended up being my transport driver and he went above and beyond as well! He showed me how to lower the jack supports, asked several times if I liked the placement and was very willing to realign for placement if I had asked that of him, and helped me understand how leveling and anchoring worked! As I don't own a vehicle large enough to transport my home on my own, OneCall Logistics, especially Julia and Rickey, will be my only mode of transport going forward! They took my brand new tiny home from Dallas, TX which has a very complex interstate system to Rio Communities, NM which is moderately rural and had gravel roadways into my spot with a sandlot for parking without a scratch, hole in the window screens that were still attached, or any injuries to my home, I call her Phoenix! I highly recommend their services and commend their exceptional customer service!
