    August 20, 2024 Paid $400 to have vines removed from trees and have a small tree removed. They pulled out a lot of vines. Was expecting for them go a longer distance from the trees. The small tree was topped off and left about 12' tree trunk sticking up into the air. They also left a mess. I texted him and he agree to come back the next week to fix the issue. Sent another text and he was coming on Wednesday at 7 pm and never showed up. Sent another text and another with no reply.

    Good ***************** thank you for taking the time to write this email. To go over this again, my worker went to do the job that was agreed on and cleaned up afterwords. He got the approval from you before he left and took your $400, Check that you handed to him directly after you approved satisfaction with the job done. You then called the next day with an inhumane additude to go do a clean up which you could have said when he was there getting your approval. I hope you can find it in your heart that the price that we gave you was very low because of course you are a senior citizen. Please dont approve services given and then call the next day that you are unhappy. I hope you can find a tree service that can satisfy your day to day needs.

    Did not realize you were finished when I started leaving for a ** appointment. You had said this was a 3 hour job (you were there only 1 and 1/2 hours).  I did a quick look and wrote a check, I was running late for my appointment..  When we talked the next day, you agreed to come back and never did!
