    y ago New Extremely DISAPPOINTED! We gave him $5,000 unfortunately before he had captured our vision. At our original consultation the measurements were wrong and placement of our appliances were not located correctly. Of course the owner blamed the mistake on his apprentice, *****, but assured us that these changes can be easily fixed. As time went on and the stock market kept crashing - we decided that perhaps this wasnt the right time for the project and asked for a refund.. After waiting weeks for him to decide what amount he would return to - he presents us with a ridiculous breakdown - charging us $2000 for 2 CAD designs when everyone else in industry charges $500, plus $400 per hour for his time. When we reached out and were willing to settle for $2,500 with the hopes of continuing the project in future when and if the economy would change. Glad that we were able to see the owners true character before going further into the project. We will not be moving forward with Dior Design..
