    My family member is a patient there currently. He has a strong history of paying off/bribing/charismatically convincing rehab employees to break their policies and allow him special access to social media/his phone/outside deliveries. Of the ***** facilities that he has been to, I have never seen him have such high social media activity. He is on ******** and Instagram all day, throughout the day. We are infuriated.

    Without revealing HIPAA protected information, I believe it is important for you to understand the levels of care provided by substance use disorder centers.

    You gave us a 1 star review because you are seeing your loved one on social media, and have had reportedly bad experiences with other facilities prior.

    We are an outpatient facility, not a residential or detox facility whereas access to social media and phones are allowed depending on their progress.

    These are exactly in-line with our policies. If you have questions or concerns, we would be happy to assist you further if and when a release of information is provided by your family member.
