    I paid to be a sponsor at the Senior Health Expo to be held at the ************************ in *************, **. The event was scheduled to be held on January ******* but was cancelled and never rescheduled. They have disconnected their phone number and currently we have not received a refund, nor have we heard anything about the event being rescheduled.

    In August of last year, we registered for 3 events organized by this organization. The first of the events was scheduled for October 11, 2023. On October 10th, I received notification that the event was cancelled. Over the next several months, I was told via emails that the event would be rescheduled "by the end of the week", then it was, "and i will be emailing you again tomorrow with your options," then it was "by the end of the week" again. In february, I told them I did not want to wait any longer and requested a refund. After many weeks and repeated emails to which I got no response, I received an emial on March 21st stating, " I have instructed our accounting department to refund your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for it to reflect in your account." Several more months passed without a credit and numerous e-mails went unanswered.In late may I was told that they never issued the credit and would send a check instead. Several weeks later, on June 24th, I was told, via e-mail, "The check was sent on Thursday of last week . If not received by tomorrow, please advise." It is now July 5th. I have not received the check and once again, I get no response e-mails and calls.

    St Lucie *** was solicited by email regarding Senior Health Fairs on the Treasure Coast.We applied online and paid by **************** to attend the **** GROVE Health Fair as a Silver Sponsorship for $175. An online receipt was not generated. (********************************* )St Lucie *** attended the event on Nov 15, 2022.Our **************** Bill statement showed an overcharge for our registration.Senior Health Expo Charge = $1575. (see copy of statement)We have requested billing adjustment of $1400 that was overcharged several times by email and phone since November 2022. ******************************** ************ We received an email response on Nov 23, 2022 that the overcharge would be taken care of.As of Feb 7, 2023, ************ has not received credit of $1400 for the overcharge. SENIOR HEALTH EXPOS is listed under the Fictitious Name Directory in the ******* business registry. The contact ***************** is listed as the Owner. We would appreciate your help in resolving this situation.
