    I went in to get my wedding invitations printed. It was a 3 piece set with the main invitation, detail card, and **** card. I go in to pick up my invitation suite and noticed 2 of the 3 pieces were wrong. They changed my artwork on the detail card so it was off centered, the **** card had the artwork enlarged, was cut to the wrong size, and was on the wrong paper. I went to try and get it corrected and was gaslit by the manager the entire time as he tried to tell me my design was wrong they dont ever change artwork and that my art files were probably wrong to begin with. I brought the proofs with me to show him the proofs were right, but they made unapproved changes after going into production. They said they would fix the **** cards, only to change their mind the next day, gaslighting me further saying I would never be happy and that they didnt want to waste their time in case the next round was a millimeter off Id reject it again. Of course I wouldnt be happy if they take centered artwork and print it off centered, change the scale, and cut it to the wrong size. They kept repeating I would never be happy, blaming the whole thing on me and insisting they dont change artwork when he admitted the day before I was in the right and their final printed versions did not match my artwork, or the proofs they printed. I did end up with a full refund after basically begging for it, but they never took accountability for their mistakes and dont care that my wedding invitations are going to be sent out late due to their errors. This is some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced as theyd rather blame customers than take accountability for their own mistakes. All I wanted was for production to match their own proofs, but somehow their unapproved changes were still my fault.

    I am *******, the owner, and I was personally involved with the invitations.  ****** requested to keep the product but also requested a refund (which you cannot do).  It is upsetting to see her comments because all of the things she mentioned were either exaggerated or incorrect.  We decided to adjust her artwork and reprint one card to be kind because it was a small order, she mentioned she was getting married, and she was on a very tight budget.  It was NOT reprinted because of a bad job.  Every staff member that worked on her order professionally disagreed with her comments especially after reviewing her art files and having to pull out a ruler to measure what the eye could not see.  Every staff member that worked on her order unanimously agreed not to keep working with her.  Twice,we professionally and kindly requested to give her a refund and recommended her to another printer.  I have only done this two times in the past 18 years.  I hope this helps you understand why all of us made this decision.
