      On 6/2/2023 I had requested a free consultation with Core Medical Group. The consultation was set for 6/5/2023 at 9:30AM CST. I was contacted by a representative named *****. ***** provided information regarding a program Core Medical Group offered and it was decided that we would follow-up with one another within a few days. On 6/7/2023 we spoke again and I paid $299.00 towards medical labs that were required to begin the program. I did not schedule an appointment for the labs at that time as I was taking over-the-counter supplements that *** affect them, and ***** told me I needed to be off of them for 30 days to get accurate results.On 6/15/2023 I called ***** and requested a refund as there were more pressing financial issues that I needed to tend to. ***** was extremely receptive to my request and stated that Core Medical Group would process my refund immediately as I had not scheduled labs or received any services. That afternoon I was contacted by ***** at Core Medical Group, and he informed me that they were having issues processing my refund electronically and wanted to know if they could just issue a refund check. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they reported that there were no issues on their end preventing the refund. I called ******************* and he claimed they tried again but it would not process. At this time I requested a check be mailed, and was informed it would be put in the mail on 6/16/2023.I have been told no less than 5 times (6/15, 6/28, 7/6, 7/10, 7/12) that a refund check was in the mail and I should receive it any day. I have also been told multiple times via text and phone call that tracking information for the refund check would be provided. To date, I have not received any tracking information or refund check. Communication with ***** has been poor and nobody else from their office has reached out regarding tracking as ***** had promised.I currently have a pending dispute with my credit card company.

      Please be aware the on 7/18/2023 I finally received a refund check from Core Medical Group. The check was dated 7/7/2023, which is 3 weeks after it originally supposed to be issued. The postmark on the envelop shows it was not mailed until 7/13/2023. The check was also not sent certified mail with tracking information.

      Upon receiving the refund check I contacted my credit card company and cancelled the open dispute. I also spoke with ***** at Core Medical Group and informed him I received the check, and cancelled the open dispute.

      ***** was frustrated with the dispute and their financial team, but understood why I took action. After speaking with ************ believe the fault lays with Core Medical Group's financial team, and not either of the reps I dealt with. I did send an email to BBB on 7/18/2023 requesting that my complaint be cancelled but never received a response.
