      I signed up for healthcare on November 16th with a company called nxt level health. When signing up, the agent named *************************** (Agent License: ******** told me I could cancel within 10 days and I would receive a refund .So I gave them my bank info and they withdrew $642.29 from my account to cover December and a sign up fee. Later that day I realized I had not explored my options thoroughly enough and called back to cancel. After speaking with multiple agents at premier health services (the company that handles their billing) and Nxt Level health llc I was assured that my policy was canceled and I had received emails from ******************************** that stated the cancelation process had begun and that it could take up to 3 days to process. On November 27th I had a meeting with another agent who set me up with a health insurance plan. I was under the assumption my prior plan had been canceled. After I signed up with the new agent who represents united healthcare (golden rule) I called nxt level health to confirm my cancelation and inquire when my refund would be met. I was told the cancelation was not processed and no one could tell me why. An agent named **** at Nxt Level Health then assured me the cancelation process was started again but that I would need to speak with the case manager. Since then I have essentially been held hostage with my case manager ***********************, telling me he was under no obligation to help me. I don't know where else to go as I fear they will not honor the cancellation agreement. I have attached the agreement, cancelation emails, and my email exchange with ****. The other supporting evidence is the companies phone recordings but I don't have access to those. I am also unsure of the business address because it is not on their website. I found it off dun and ***********.
