Told me he would call back in a few days and never did .called multiple times after *** told me he would contact me in 1 or 2 days and its been weeks with no even a text . Yet another shady Florida business owner whats new .. Unions protect workers.. these companies down here do as they pleaseShamrock Restoration

We are sadden to see this review come in. This gentleman who left the review was hoping to get job with us, he sent in his resume for us to review and was hoping that would initiate into a Job **************** *******Owner of the company, ***, reference in this "review/compliant" was forced out of town for a family incident, we did not share this with ****** because it was a personal matter that was not deemed appropriate to share with the public. This is why the reviewer did not get a call back as he expected.
Yesterday I personally spoke with ****** on the phone and apologized to him about the inability to get back to him. Apparently that apology wasn't enough and as a result he has decided to leave us this negative review.
1. We don't have any public job postings for openings and ****** (the reviewer) cold called us asking about work opportunities. Despite not having a job opening we encouraged him to send in a resume that we could keep on file. I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
2. ****** was never a customer of ours, we never were contracted to do any work for him and this simply seems like an attack on the Company's image because he wanted to work here and we just don't have an opening at this time.
Could you please keep these things in consideration while reviewing the legitimacy of this review. It would be our request and preference that this not be posted to the public because we feel it is a unfair representation of our company and the work we do.

Could we please have this review taken down. It has nothing to do with the services we provide nor does it provide any useful insight to a future customer. It simply is a disgruntled person who wanted to work for us and didn't get a job interview because there was no job opening. How is a business supposed to protect themselves from something like this? We either have job openings or we don't ...
This does not seem like the appropriate place for such commentary and I am shocked that the BBB would consider this worth making public
