    We chose Southeast Florida Pest Control over 3 other competitors to provide 2 services. These include Perimeter pest control (outside and inside the home monthly), and installation and maintenance of a ********* termite control system. This choice was based on the knowledge, expertise, neighborhood experiences and costs. In particular the office staff, ***, and sales representative ****** were most helpful and knowledgeable. The ********* system was installed by ***************** after inspection. He was careful, took the time to explain the system and installed the system around the entire perimeter of our home. He also offered to do our perimeter pest control as well. In doing the perimeter inside and outside the home, he was very detailed oriented, carefully covered all relevant surfaces and took the necessary time to do the job right. He was also a friendly, knowledgeable, professional person who obviously took pride and ownership in his work. A true pleasure.We should also point out that the sales staff at SE Florida Pest Control, a family-owned business, were very straightforward on what their termite / ********* coverage warranty included. It covers maintenace (of the ********* stations), retreat (if needed), and importantly the REPAIR of any damage if one chooses the Retreat and Repair option. Amongst other vendors we looked at with similar ********* services, SE Florida Pest Control covers repairs and was amongst the more cost-effective company for *********. Based on our experience to date, we would strongly recommend them

    Technicians do great job.Every year problems with office they cannot get bills out on time then cannot get them correct. Even employees say it is a mess. Owner sends email about renewal due but will not send a will till next month. Approves vacations then has problems because too many off same time.Again technicians excellent office completely disorganized
