    I am rejecting this response because:

    WARNING:  BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO PATRONIZE THE IMPERIAL POINT ANIMAL HOSPITAL READ THIS.

    ***************** consistent with answering questions untruthfully and ungrammatically responds to the complaint by stating, ********************** asking to see the doctor on the call when he scheduled the appointment. No refund will be provided as all services were provided as requested.  ****************** continues to not answer the complaint by omission and does not respond the questions in the complaint below:

    1.Why was I charged $106 for and undisclosed Urgent same ********************** surcharge on the phone when all I asked for was a regular appointment to check blood pressure and ask to come now?
    2. Why was I charged for a complete examination when all I asked for was a blood pressure check which was requested by the other doctor?
    3, Why did the doctor ****** me the dogs pressure is normal and charge me for a complete physical when he did not report to me any other items were checked [eyes, throat, growths, ears, coordination, etc.]?
    4, Why am I being charged for two exams, /blood pressure/comprehensive care in one [as stated the full exam was not requested]?
    5. Why did the medical assistant ask me to debit my bank card prior to giving me the bill in hard copy form so I could evaluate the fee breakdown?

    THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT READ THIS COMPLAINT BE AWARE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A DOG THEN BRING YOUR DOG TO THE IMPERIAL POINT ANIMAL HOSPITAL THEN YOU CAN PERSONALLY HAVED YOUR COMPLAINT NOT AMELIORATED BY *** *********************** WILL ARROGANTLY TELL YOU TO FIND ANOTHER VETERINARIAN!
