I got inserts from the The Good Feet Store and I then spoke with a professional who makes inserts and he looked at the inserts and said the ones from good feet would do damage to my grandsons feet. Therefore I would like a refund.

I saw the ads for the Good Feet Store located in *************I have scoliosis and one hip is higher than than the other.I went to said store to see if I could get a lift to put in my shoe to even out my hips.Upon getting there I explained my situation and they went through the motions of checking out my gait plus checking my balance etc. They then brought out several lifts and an armful of arch supports. They explained that in addition to the lifts I probably need the support. They had me. Step onto some powder then make an imprint on paper. They proceeded to show me that I also had fallen arches. At first it looked legitimate because I knew I had an arch problem. The person working with me began inserting various arch supports into my shoes. They were hard plastic and very uncomfortable. He brought them back and came out with another arm load of them.Once again very painful to wear.Im usually not snookered into buying something Im wary about but when he *** I should try them at home and if not happy bring them back and well go from there.I stupidly agreed. He then packed up the ones that he thought would work and brought out this huge bag on plastic arches and books etc. When it came to paying he asked for $1,700!!When I said it was too much ****** he said Im sorry but you signed that you were taking them and we cant return your money. He suggested I use a care credit card which I had never heard of.I could pay $57 a month until I pay it up.I asked what else I could do because this looked like a bait and switch scheme. They said I could buy sneakers.I contacted care credit and they said I was responsible to play.No where did I see anything that suggested that once I signed saying that I was buying the arches that I couldnt get back my money.I see their ads on TV and they are a phony operation.I may not be able to retrieve the rest of my money but maybe this complaint will help others.***********************************

I went with my sister to Good Feet because the ads I saw said they can correct your problem. I have deformed arches. The salesman there arches are perfect for my feet. I tried them on and they hurt me. I was told to try them. I went to pay. I was surprised to find out how much they were. I was never told that I cant get bac my money, I took them home and tried them. I had a lot pain. When I went to bring them back they told I couldnt. I went home and tried them again. I fell and and damaged my knee. My sister had a similar problem but she from wearing these orthotics developed a back problem. We are so upset. There advertisement has people believing that they will be able to walk without pain. It is false advertising.

I purchased a set of insoles from ******** ******* Good Feet store. I was fitted and felt fine. I told the salesperson I am a nurse on my feet 13 hr shifts and I wear Alegria shoes. He reassured me they would work with all shoes. The next day I wore them 6 hours. I developed headache neck shoulder hip knee and back pain like Ive never felt before. Absolutely horrible. My legs were shaking I was so weak and in pain. I took my shoes in the next day. The salesman started to say he did not say they would work w alegrias. I was able to get him to back that off but not admit he said it. He also implied that a local podiatrist referred people to him. He did not say he did. Just implied. I work for the orthopedic hosp and this dr so I took that as an endorsement. The next day the new insoles were used with the same results. Incredible pain. I wore them today with a pair of my tennis shoes and had severe pain shoot up my toes. I feel I was pressured and the product was misrepresented. The md he referred was also misrepresented. I contacted him and he is not pleased with his name being used. Not 100% of clients will be satisfied. The no refund policy is a scam and catching people in a desperate vulnerable state. I want my $1300 refunded. I am extremely disappointed and dont know if I have permanent damage. I will never recommend this product to anyone of my nurse friends. Can the BBB help me out with this?
